Cygnal has introduced a line of 8051 compatible processors in a 11 pin micro lead package. This incredible microcontroller contains a programmable internal oscillator (up to 24.5 MHz), 3 timers (16 bit), 8 bit ADC, and an on chip debug! The device is in-circuit flash programmable, and the on chip debug voids the need for an emulator for developement!
CME is offering the C8051F300 and the C8051F301 on a small stamp that provides the microcontroller, a JTAG programming header that is compatible with the Cygnal in circuit programmer, voltage regulation for diversity in power sources, and a 14 pin breakout header that will snap into your microcontroller socket or breadboard!
